X.2748 - RE POST-WAR CARS FITTED WITH FOUR-RINGED PISTONS.

With reference to your memo. Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}12/W18.7.21, I agree to Mr. Hives suggestion of turning fifth groove on the above pistons and fitting and extra ring, if it has been proved to have distinct advantages.
