We trust that these details will make the matter completely clear to you, and will enable you to transmit the information to the department concerned, as a warning that this material is definitely unsuitable for introduction into Acetylene Tetrabromide fluid, even for the purpose of extracting a small quantity to set the liquid level correctly to zero.
