Dear Sirs,

With reference to your esteemed enquiry of 13th. instant, for Bowdenex T.4. Conduit and Fittings, we much regret that we cannot proceed without knowing the exact length of the Outer Conduit, and Inner Cable. We will be glad therefore if you would mark these dimensions on the enclosed sketch 0153 and return it to us when the matter will have our prompt attention.

With regard to your proposal to weld the brackets to the abutments, we think it would be necessary for us to do this before the brackets are fitted to the assembly, as we feel certain that the heat from the welding could not be sufficiently localised to prevent it damaging both the outer Bowdenex Conduit, and the Inner Member.
