SISTOFLEX INSULATING FLEXIBLE TUBES AND SLEEVINGS.

It is mostly used for covering the already insulated or naked wires of any Electrical Apparatus, such as small machines, Switchboard circuit breakers, instruments and for the end of wire spools, and in fact to cover any wires carrying currents as a mechanical protection and as an Insulator.

Please let us know whether you can use it and send us your enquiries.

FINE EXTERNAL APPEARANCE

The Sleeving has a fine coloured surface, being brilliant and smooth and this appearance is maintained for a long time.

GREAT FLEXIBILITY

Does not break, burst or become brittle and it can be bent to any angle.

HIGH INSULATING PROPERTIES

Yellow has a break down resistance of approximately 7000 volts and the Black of 10,000.

DURABILITY

The Sleevings can be kept in stock or mounted for a considerable time, without losing their quality, appearance, flexibility or insulating properties.

The Sleeving being free from acids or alkalines are eminently suitable to replace rubber tubes which contain sulphur and is detrimental to the wires, whereas Sistoflex Sleeving can be in constant contact with the wires without the slightest detriment.

LENGTH, SIZE AND COLOURS

The Sleevings are made in lengths 45" to 48" and the inside diameters stocked range from 0.5 m.m. to 10 m.m. but can be made up to 20 m.m. bore.

Stock principally in Yellow, Black and Red but other colours or combinations of colours can be made.
