With regard to memo EFCI/T. 25-I-27, regarding the above magnetos which are Air Ministry property, and which were delivered officially with F.X.S.; I have discussed with the Air Ministry Mr. Clark's suggestion of having these magnetos modified, but they do not wish it to be done.
