(for the attention of Mr. Hives)

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the question of spending less time on finishing your carburettors in order to reduce the price, we hope to have the 25 h.p. Carburetter ready on Wednesday, and the writer therefore suggests that he should come down on Thursday or Friday, to show this to you and discuss the matter.

There is certainly quite a considerable saving to be made.

We are sorry we shall not have a sample of the twin carburetter ready in time, because it so happened that we had finished all of the parts and bodies and have no raw parts ready yet. We can however estimate what the saving will approximately be on the twin carburetter by the experience we have gained on the 25 h.p. Model.

Therefore, if you will kindly let us know what day will be most convenient to you, the writer will be very pleased.....
