Dear Sir,
I have to thank you for yours of the 12th inst., replying to my letter of the 29th ult., and note you have addressed your communication to Electric Heating & Hardware Ltd., and although I wrote you under this heading perhaps I did not make it quite clear that this was a personal matter.
I am pleased to note you are taking the matter up with Mr. W.O.Bentley and Mr. Skinner of the S.U.Carburetter Co.,
Mr. Skinner has previously explained to me that there is some difficulty in production of needles in quantities, and these to be accurate and serrated should be made by hand. I feel, however, that this objection might be overcome and that some way could be found of dealing with these in mass production if found necessary.
When the most satisfactory plain needle has been found it is only necessary to serrate this to obtain the best results.
Yours truly,
Frank H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Arnickerry
