Dear Mr. West, FABROLITE POWDER With reference to your letter dated 25th November, I note that you have received the sample Fabrolite Moulding Powder, but that you are experiencing some difficulty in moulding test pieces from our material. In moulding with our material, please note the following particulars:- Temperature of the moulds should be 160° C Required pressure ........ 1½ tons per sq.inch The time of moulding is anything from 3 minutes onwards, depending on the size of the article. If you have any further difficulty, will you please let me know, and if you desire it, I shall be pleased to send one of our moulding people over to your Works to assist you in producing suitable test pieces from our compound.
