Overdrive Gears Ltd.,
76, Victoria Street, S.W.1.

Dear Capt. de Normanville,

Thank you for your letter of the 19th May.

I do not think it is worth discussing Licence details further, at the moment, as we have suspended work on your scheme for the time being in favour of an alternative.

We will communicate with you again should we consider going forward with the de Normanville overdrive at a future date. Frankly, your suggestions for the larger engine did not compare very favourably with the General Motors Royalty for synchromesh.

Yours sincerely,
