HYDRAULIC BRAKE OPERATION.

Herewith we send N. sch. 3603 snewing an alternative method of arranging the actuating cylinder with an automatic adjustment, which is alternative to that snewn on N. sch. 3585.

The advantage claimed is that failure of the pawl does not render the brakes inoperative, but simply causes adjustment to cease.
