Re. Minutes of Conference held at Derby
12th. January 1933.

Minute No.8. Peregrine General. So far nothing has been done with Peregrine radiator having radiused corners. We have built up an experimental radiator with loose shell. Now that it has been agreed to delay the Peregrine there will be an opportunity of making a radiator of cheaper construction and E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} has promised to get out a scheme.

Minute No.11. Independent Springing. We have received another scheme drawing from Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} but we have not yet sufficient information to be able to start detailing any of the parts.

Minute No.13. Frames. We expect to be carrying out bumping tests on a J.111 cold pressed frame and we think the results obtained from this should enable us to release the 25. It will be four to six weeks before we shall have any results.
