BRAMPTON CLUTCH.

Herewith we send M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} sch. 3493. showing a modification to the suggestion for providing an oil drain for the clutch spigot bearing if some automatic system of lubrication is provided. This modification is required by the increase in the size of the crankshaft shown on the last LdC. drawing.

We have shewn alternative methods of locking the ball bearing retaining nut. The one judged to be the most convenient should be chosen.
