Cox - Advertising Manager} The Young Accumulator Co. Some years ago it was proposed that some cells made by this company should be tested by us in view of the claims made by the manufacturers of the Young cell. I cannot find what tests were made, but Bentley cars made use of these cells, and Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} tells me that very good service was obtained in connection with their use. It is claimed that the method of separation, and by the use of special non-sulphating paste, among other points, produces a long life in service and also enables very heavy charges and discharges to be made if necessary without harm. If you have not recently had any of these cells to test it would be a good plan we think for you to obtain a set so that we could get in touch with the development of a cell which we heard, apparently wrongly, a short time ago was not being manufactured further in view of financial difficulties.
