Hancock Brake-shoes.

I think the following list includes all those cars which have had their front wheel brakes fitted with this special anti-squeak device.

We actually only know positively of the behaviour of these in respect of cars in our own hands, and these are consistently all satisfactory.

We do not consider it wise to stir up these owners, raising the point in a query as to whether all is O.K. with the brake-squeaks, but we think it better to be guided by the fact that silence gives consent.

Also, our Inspectors will make a special point of getting information as and when available.
