Mr. Hives. from GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} X4305 23.3.23. HOT SPOT THROTTLES. Petrol leaking out after shutting down due to leaving diaphragm out of throttle piston. Diaphragm spun into throttle piston. We have caused back-fires in carburetter to determine whether diaphragm would hold in its position.
