-2- Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/WJ.20.10.31. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} or shock absorbers etc., simply because they have no interest. They pay sufficient money for an R.R. car and expect it to perform satisfactorily. My chief reason for writing this note is that I feel very concerned to see when I was at W.W. last week that you were starting on a new complete epicyclic gearbox and nothing was being done for the immediate needs of Phantom II. We believe the only way of ever getting the ultimate complete easy change box is to scale up the 20/25 HP. for the immediate needs of Phantom II and then more time and consideration can be given to the more perfect scheme.
