Cost and an alternative to adding flip-flop shutters to the bonnet.

It will be seen by R.1/M1.10.31 that R.{Sir Henry Royce} is suggesting five flip-flop shutters each side of the bonnet, making ten in all. We do not know the cost of these shutters but we should imagine ten per car would become expensive.
