HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 7960. To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} From Ege Copy to C.PH.BY. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}PP. re 129-GN. London Trials. Thanks for Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}7/T15.9.30. I am very much interested to note from Mr's report the work that has been done with a view to overcoming the complaint inregard to the above car. I have asked PM to arrange to fall in with your suggestion of trying the cars at Bignall's Corner to-morrow, Wednesday. As regards 58-GN and the question of improving the torque reaction or low speed vibrations of this car, you will remember that this car was not sent with any complaint but as a comparison forthe other one. Nevertheless if it can be improved I should certainly like it done. Yet at the same time I should like to have it back within the next few days. Sg.{Arthur F.
