To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 74663 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/kT. 28.5.31. HIGHER REAR AXLE RATIO. It has been decided to build an axle with the 12 X 41 tooth ratio for 26-EX. car. This car has the narrower track axle to LGP.G.77615. As we cannot hold up the car while the gears are fitted to its own axle, it will be necessary to provide another axle for these gears. This axle should be despatched to Cricklewood as soon as completed. Will you please let us know as we have to inform Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} who want to get this axle on the trials car as soon as possible. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
