Dear Sirs,

With reference to our telephone conversation of this afternoon concerning the proposed visit to these Works of your Mr. Turner and Mr. Shelton, we note that they will not be able to come to-morrow, as previously arranged.

We therefore suggest either Thursday or Friday of next week, the 8th or 9th October or Tuesday of the following week, the 13th October. We shall be glad to hear whether one of these dates will be suitable, and if so, at what time we may expect your representatives.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
