Removal of Pedal Stem adjustment.

Referring to HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}7/VS.{J. Vickers}2.12.37, I am in entire agreement with Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} that the adjustment justifies itself for various reasons, and as it took some years to get adjustable pedals, I do not agree for them to be deleted.
