We have rigged up a front hydraulic shock damper on the steering, as indicated in the sketch :- We find the loads equivalent to our friction loads which have shewn themselves satisfactory in France correspond to a range of from 20 to 40 lbs. on the ball end of the damper A.{Mr Adams} We have not yet made a thorough road test, but will report on it further.
