Further tests were taken with the Chevrolet weighted to equal the 30 H.P. Rolls, viz., to 38 cwts. 1 qr. 21 lbs.

The test consisted of the Chevrolet being driven as hard as possible, using the additional suction advance, the Rolls keeping distance in the rear using the necessary throttle opening.

The results showed the Chevrolet to be 1.4 m.p.g. better off at an average speed of 42 m.p.h.

CONCLUSIONS.

It would appear from these final tests of equal weights, that the distribution and efficiency of the Chevrolet engine is better than the 30 H.P. Rolls.
