| 8. Rmo To:- All Officials and Superintendents. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/DK.20.10.39. Millwrights, Experimental and Labourers Bonus. Commencing week ending October 21st, 1939, the following adjustments will be made to certain bonus payments. 1. Millwrights Bonus. This bonus will be raised from 50% to 55%. 2. Experimental Bonus. This bonus will be raised to 55% in cases where the present payment is 50%. 3. Labourers Bonus. The labourers bonus of 14/-d.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} will be payable on any 47 hours worked in the case of the day shift, and any 45 hours worked in the case of the night shift.
