RADIATOR THERMOMETERS.

Some little time ago we made a request that the red light should come in at 92 1/2 °C. instead of 97 1/2 °C as previously.

Since then we have found by experience that this temperature is too low and request that the thermometer should revert to the original setting.

In view of the fact that we have received several complaints of the red light coming in on cars on the Continent we think it is essential that cars should not be sent away from the works with thermometers bringing the red light in at 92 1/2 °C. but that all such thermometers should be returned to the Cambridge Instrument Co., for modification and instruments operating at 97 1/2 ° fitted instead.
