that we are expending too much energy of the excitation of the field magnet, and perhaps this will account for the rather smaller efficiency. We are going further into the matter of the weight of copper composing the various windings of this motor and the Lucas & C.A.V. motors, as desired by Mr. Royce, and will issue the results in due course.
