We found that one of the bellows we have been testing leaked very badly. This was due to bad soldering of the end piece to the bellows. We require a bellows that will operate over a range of .100" without taking a permanent set. The bellows must be able to withstand 30 lbs/sq.in. pressure from the inside. During the pressure test the bellows is restricted from moving more than .125" The rating of the bellows is a disadvantage so that a more flexible bellows would be much more satisfactory.
