83035. Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/Ms. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.6/KT.10.1.33. Will you please order 12 more shock damper bellows to F.100692 from the Crosby Valve Eng. Co. We found that one of the bellows we have been testing leaked very badly. This was due to bad soldering of the end piece to the bellows. We require a bellows that will operate over a range of .100" without taking a permanent set. The bellows must be able to withstand 30 lbs/sq.in. pressure from the inside. During the pressure test the bellows is restricted from moving more than .125" The rating of the bellows is a disadvantage so that a more flexible bellows would be much more satisfactory.
