TERRAPLANE 8. ---------- With reference to our telephone conversation of this afternoon, I telephoned Hudson Essex Motors Ltd, but found they are not too clear as to what is meant by clutch driven member. However, they are sending you the parts they think you want and I told them to err on the generous side, that is to say, to send any parts you may possibly require to replace the defective parts in the clutch of the above, and this they promised to do. If they send more than you want and you will return the parts to them, they will allow you credit for same. I was not so fortunate in connection with the information you want about the clutch spring pressure.
