Dear Sirs:
Re Dynamo & Motor for "Goshawk".

With reference to the small dynamo and motor which you are about to send, made up as nearly as possible in accordance with our requirements mechanically and electrically, for the Goshawk; as it has been decided that the system for which these machines are intended experimentally will be entirely an earthed electrical system, we would like you to tell us, without actually asking you to do this on these two machines, if it would entail a serious amount of modification to make these machines entirely suitable for the earthed system.

Yours faithfully,

P.S.
Twin Terminals for
12XR3 C.A.V-Willard Battery.
With reference to the doz. twin terminals which we have recently received from you for the C.A.V-Willard batteries, we are not quite clear as to the exact way in which these are intended to be used. Perhaps you would kindly favour us with an explanation of the method of attaching these to the two pairs of cables.
