20/25 Petrol Consumption.

C.18/C.13.6.35.

Replying to your note, we have to-day despatched a carburetter to Cricklewood, marked for the attention of Br, which we should like fitted to Mr. Fraser Henderson's car. This carburetter represents a good average of what can be done with the balanced pipe modification. We should like the carburetter already fitted to the car to be returned to us, so that we can check its consumption.

If you could arrange for Sir Banister Fletcher's car to be at Cricklewood early on Thursday morning, Wayman will come up and check the consumptions before and after the carburetter is changed.

As soon as we have sufficient filters available we will let you have one for Major Monro's car.
