The above is being forwarded in order to state the exact position as covered by our memos' BY3-P28/2/22, BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /HEB {H. Biraben} 6/W.6/1/22, and BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /HEB {H. Biraben} 2/W.30/1/22; the only difference being the drg. numbers stated in the last two memos'. The correct numbers are as stated above.
