We have received the following cables from RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}, and Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} in U.S.A. :-

10th. Jan.
"HIVES. ARRIVED NEW YORK TUES. PARTS HAVE NOT ARRIVED ALLISONS INVESTIGATING ND PROCEED THURS NEXT TUES." COVERLEY.

12th. Jan.
"SEND REGULAR ETHYL VALVE TESTS ATHLETIC CLUB DETROIT IMMEDIATELY. PAPER BRINGING AND D THERE. BOTH ARRIVING DETROIT TWENTY SECOND. HERON AND YOURS. OUR TROUBLE IS K DUES TO HEAD DISTORTION. WRIGHTS SAY EXHAUST VALVE SHOULD BE INLET SIZE FOR THREE POUNDS BOOST." ROBOTHAM.

18th. Jan.
"ARRIVED INDIANOPPOLIS WED. NIGHT TEST EQUIPMENT DELIVERY. ALLISONS YESTERDAY WILL NOTIFY YOU LATER WHEN TESTS WILL COMMENCE". COVERLEY.
