W/S. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Mac.{Mr Macintosh} X7120 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/MJ.18.4.31. 26-EX. Replying to Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}10/KW.17.4.31. I am afraid we cannot give you any particulars of the speedometer now fitted to 26-EX. Except for the short time we had it on Brooklands we have not seen this car for months. We believe, of course, with a modified axle ratio that the speed of 26-EX. would be increased 2 to 3 m.p.h. If you waited for the right day so that tae wind and tide were in your favour, you might approach 90 m.p.h. with 26-EX. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
