We are now anxious to try out scheme LEC.4891 showing the front jacks fitted to the wishbones. For this purpose will you please urge a pair of brackets RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}105/6 mentioned under memo E/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/MN.9.1.3 Will you also please instruct for a set of D.W.S. Hydraulic jacks to be fitted to the Ph.III Bump chassis. RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/J.F. has a set in hand, and we should like 5/16" piping (std. Copper) fitted on this system and operated by a Jackall hand pump as originally fitted to 32-EX. The front jacks in this case will be fitted on the frame with brackets F.88215/6.
