X5840/c We have heard from Hancock that the failure on the hypoid axle is that the ball bearing on the bevel pinion has badly worn, which has allowed the gears to get out of position so that they will also have to be replaced. We are making arrangements to send another axle out there immediately. We are also sending the propeller shaft so that a standard axle could be fitted.
