BIRMINGHAM 8.

Dear Mr. Skinner,

Thank you for your letter which I received on returning to the Works.

Confirming our conversation of this morning, we are arranging to bring over on Thursday morning all pumps which we have in stock at present for inspection, to ascertain whether or no they have the correct cores in.

With regard to pumps already in service, we will await replacement pumps from you and then arrange for our various Depots to carry out the changeover, returning the suspect pumps to you in turn.

Trusting you will overcome the whole business satisfactorily.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
