X6006 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. EFC3/AD7.7.30. X.6006. 40/50 48 COIL HIGH OUTPUT DYNAMO. We are sending in to you an armature taken from a machine of the above type, 1.24S.HO. The brushes on this machine,have become noisy and the commutator slightly blackened, both of which appear to be due to a slight irregularity on the surface of the commutator. We should be pleased if you will have the commutator skimmed as we are preparing this machine for test on a car. Completed. EFC/CAP. | ||
