Dear Sirs, You will observe from the report submitted herewith which is typical of several we have received recently, that the temperature variations on the speedometers you are supplying to us is considerably greater than that which we agreed was the maximum which could accept. We should like to have your assurance that you are making every effort to keep within the specified limits because we feel unless your bulk delivery shows an improvement in this respect, we shall be obliged to return a large number to you as being below our specification. We are somewhat disappointed that you have made no further progress in the reduction of this temperature variation since the modification that you made some two years ago. Yours faithfully, | ||
