SpectreCodename for Phantom III Cross Steering Levers. [Levers is struck through] SECRET.

With the yoke piece raising the car 1" the shank of the cross steering lever shewn on N.Sch.4527 contacts with the bolt head on the outer end of the bottom triangle, thus reducing the possible steering lock. [This paragraph has a diagonal line struck through it]

To restore the lock, it is necessary to re-set the forging as shewn on N.Sch.4620 herewith. This should be done with the existing forgings, jumping them up as required, to maintain the length.

N.Sch.4620 herewith.
