The following cable has been received from RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} in U.S.A. - "COMPLETED TWENTY MINUTES RUNNING ALLISON BEARINGS AT THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED RPM. BEFORE DISMANTLING BEARING CONDITION GOOD. COMPARATIVE TESTS DERBY BEARINGS FAILED. OCCURRED AFTER TWO AND A HALF MINUTES AT THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY RPM TEMPERATURE REACHED TWO HUNDRED.
