Re. Independent Front Wheel Springing.

[Text struck through: G/Art. D/BP. Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} Referring to C.C.S d/.34. Mr Oliver desires [unclear] to U.S.A. that the chief points [unclear] investigate [unclear] possible [unclear] independent wheel suspension.]

When I was in the States over three years ago several [unclear] proving ground were trying out [unclear]. We are sending into the Stores for by late despatch to Mr. Rebotham, c/o Mr. M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Olley, Cadillac Motor Car Co., Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A. a complete set of 12. Bentley Valve Springs. A side of this lot we should use the 9.s & 8.s which have been chopped correctly as per C. These should be charged to C/5430. We hope to give better results than the present system.
