| X493 97th Meeting 11th.Dec.11. Re Whittle Belt for Fan Drive. Mr Platford informed the Committee that he had this on test, and it was running successfully. The Committee agreed that this should be revived in two month's time. 98th Meeting 13th Dec.11 Re Whittle belts for fan drive. Mr Nadin read a note from Mr Haldenby dated Dec.12th. suggesting that we should use Whittle belts for the fan drive instead of watawata. The Committee pointed out that we already have this under consideration and are running tests. They agree, however, that we should order a further half dozen in order to conclude our tests more rapidly. | ||
