WRAITH TYPE STEERING GEAR.

We find that on the Wraith type steering gear on the Bentley chassis, O.B.1V., there is an oil leak at the junction of the bottom support bracket FW.908 and the adjusting sleeve. This is due to insufficient stiffness of the flange of the bracket.

Will you please modify the drawing of this part as soon as possible and instruct for O.B.1V, 39-EX. and 20.G.V1. 10,000 mile tests. The modification will involve only a simple alteration to the dies and, we think, should be applied to all Wraith type steering gears.
