With reference to your memo K43/OS22414, the difficulty is as follows:-

This car is not now being used for any purpose, but is held in readiness, as important experiments are frequently carried out on the car, though none have been done recently, and it would appear to us that the Order No. 52000 will be again required when it is proposed to prepare this car for selling again as second-hand car. If, however, you prefer to close this Order No. and issue another one whenever we want it, we shall be pleased to do so.
