X832 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY5-P18.8.23. We are handing you herewith some special springs submitted by Messrs. Terry's for shock Absorber work. We would like you to try these on a car and let us know whether you consider they have any advantages over our own type. The outstanding factor in their design is, that the stress is kept very much lower, but personally I believe that within the range of stress to which we use our present springs, we shall find that the latter are quite satisfactory.
