Recommendation to examine and replace cracked front pivots on cars subject to very rough use.

Any cars subject to very rough use should be occasionally examined in this respect, and if it is found that some are cracked, it will be advisable to make it a ruke of changing all front pivots, the cost of which, if the cars are old, should be partly borne by the owners.
