I am attaching copy memo received from BJ. in respect of the above, and on which I have seen Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} He suggests that it will not be possible to carry out BJ's instructions unless the Plates are kept in some central place where they will be available for the use of everyone, or are given to the Sergeant to be handed out as the cars leave the gate.
