BY reason of the projected modifications to the slipper flywheel mentioned in another memo. we can reduce the overhang of the front engine suspension.

This move, in conjunction with a more forward position of radiator, would enable us to hang up the unit on a tubular cross member immediately behind the radiator.

The starting handle would be passed through a tube in the matrix as on Phantom 2.

This may avoid cramping the radiator bottom tank and the danger of deposit stopping part of the matrix.
