Attached herewith is a note from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from which you will see that we shall have an unhappy time if the completion of this engine unit and chassis is held up owing to our not receiving instructions.

We understand BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} has been in touch with you as regards the parts which are not completed.

The most urgent thing, of course, is to get an engine running.
