For attention of Mr. H.E. West.

Dear Sirs,

When our Mr. Dean visited your offices some time since and was interviewed by Mr. West, the question of suitable hold-down for batteries in "Bentley" cars was discussed.

As the supply of batteries for "Bentley" cars has now arisen, Mr. Dean has studied the question of a suitable hold-down very thoroughly, and under separate cover we are sending you two suggested alternative devices which are self-explanatory. If these are studied by your designers, one or other of the ideas may commend itself.

Yours faithfully,
THE CHLORIDE ELECTRICAL STORAGE COMPANY, LTD.

E C McKinnon
Chief Engineer.
